Many of us tend to purchase at the grocery store processed foods that are loaded with food coloring, gluten and GMO’s. My easy rule of thumb is if you can’t read it, don’t eat it.
I also tell a lot of my clients that are looking to fortify their immune system to stick to the outer perimeter‘s of the grocery store. For instance when walking into a grocery store usually the fruits and vegetables are on the right or left and the kefir and organic yogurt as well as other probiotics are on the other outer perimeter.
Remember that old saying you are what you eat is around for a reason. Stay tune for some more interesting blogs on how to master a powerful immune system using the beauty of Mother Nature.
